2001: The Beginning

We arrived in Spain in 2001 with no office, no ready-made client list, and no certainty it would work. What we had was a clear sense that this region - Murcia, the Costa Calida, the areas around the Mar Menor - was genuinely special, and that people looking to buy here deserved someone who actually knew it. We built Premier Homes the way we've always run it: by talking to people, being honest with them, and staying in touch long after the sale. We never had a high-street office. We didn't need one - by the time clients arrived in Spain, we already knew what they were looking for.

2008: A Pause, and a Return

In 2008 we came back to the UK - family reasons, and the market had changed. But we didn't stop thinking about Murcia. We knew we'd come back, and about ten years ago, we did.Returning with fresh eyes confirmed what we'd always believed: Murcia offers something genuinely different. Coastline, sunshine, golf, real Spanish life - at a fraction of what the Costa del Sol costs. We came back not because we had to, but because we chose to.

Today 



We're based at our home on a golf resort in Torre-Pacheco, working the way we always have - personally, honestly, and without the overhead of a large agency behind us. Between us we have access to a network of around 50 to 60 local agents across Murcia and Alicante, and developer relationships built over 25 years that give our buyers access to new build projects before they're widely advertised.
